Really enjoyed my time here. I had 3 nights in Muscat, spending the time here lovely. The location was particularly good and perfect: a shopping mall and a supermarket were within walking distance. Distance to the airport was just 20 km. I was pleased with welcoming service...

We ate in the nice restaurant for the dinner which was good priced. It had soft beds and a decent view of the sea.
The hotel staff was poor.

We booked a queen room with a comfortable bed and appreciated it. Absolutely perfect efficient business location, a short walk to shops and restaurants. - Nearby Al Fawaris Modern Bakery offers tea and coffee.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean
You can't really talk about satellite TV if there are only the local English speaking stations (about 4 pcs. but normal there). The refrigerator was loud and you could hear exactly when someone was running outside in the hall.

The breakfast is clearly arranged, but definitely rich - but in Arabic-Indian style: eggs, cheese, vegetables, humus, toast, bakery products, yoghurt, fruit, ful (who likes it)..

The Rate was very low. Breakfast included in the room charge. Nice pool on the roof. Internet was for free.
During 10 days I use the breakfast only two times. It is definately not a breakfast I expected for a 4* Hotel. The flooring in the room was very slippery. The first three days are without any known international TV- programs, I have to ask the reception 4 times to add some programs.

After the long flight - the perfect accommodation for a short night!
The smell in the rooms needs getting used to at first, otherwise everything is fine. The breakfast was just before 10 ok.
